Due to new regulation (EU 2023/1078 under the Biocidal Products Regulation BPR), the sale of ozone generators will no longer be permitted within the EU territory effective from July 1st, 2024, unless specifically authorized. Our ozone generator manufacturer Balboa will not be moving forward with authorization and consequently, all sales and use of affected products in EU territory must cease by this date.
We will be using the remaining stock, but please note that Drop spas will no longer be equipped with an ozone generator after 15th of October.
To keep our spas clean and hygienic, Drop Spas are equipped with filtration and UV-systems, which play an important role in maintaining the spa. It’s also necessary to use the right chemicals to support the system.
